You’ll develop and deliver initiatives across a large, dynamic business, with the opportunity to try new approaches using the latest tools and technology.
This is a full-time role based at our Acacia Ridge office in Brisbane.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop Marketing initiatives that support growth across key sectors of the business.
- Lead the planning, execution and measurement of integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Bring major initiatives to market, including new product launches.
- Help shape how we position our offerings in market.
- Work closely with sales and business leaders to translate commercial priorities into marketing initiatives.
- Manage agencies, budgets, and campaign performance.
- Continually refine how we approach Marketing by testing new ideas, tools, and technologies.
What you’ll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years’ experience developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of core marketing principles and the ability to apply them to develop effective campaign strategies and plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- A commercial mindset.
